We never train foundation models on your data, use it to serve another customer, use it for Looklike's own consumer products, or sell it. The only cross-customer learning is aggregated, de-identified operational benchmarks such as average approval turnaround, which cannot identify you, your users, your campaigns or your strategy.
Model providers for text and video generation and evaluation, cloud hosting and storage, Stripe for billing, PostHog for product analytics (US-hosted), and Slack APIs. Each receives the minimum needed for its job. A current list is available on request.
Uninstalling Maja stops collection immediately and starts the deletion clock: active systems within 30 days, backups within 35. Request an export or deletion at any time at privacy@getmaja.com.
